Having achieved a Bachelor of Property degree Felix first worked as Project Supervisor for a property development group and was exposed to a number of facets of the rental and property markets dealing with a large portfolio of apartments. He has also spent time in the last few years exploring his other talents and interests as Chief Photographer / Branch Manager of a Kingsland based photography studio. Felix joined us after deciding that real estate was where he wanted his career to go and the combination of creativity, customer service and attention to detail that Felix has developed along the way are a great asset to us and our customers. He is an excellent communicator and speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Along with a very calm approach Felix displays a fantastic work ethic and a commitment to delivering above and beyond expectations.
